About me ...
Born in Northern Colorado to a family who for generations were farmers and cattlemen, at a young age I sought out the pace and diversity of the urban realm. I studied the humanities and the social sciences as an undergraduate and have lived in both North America and Europe. Having spent much of my adult life working in the rank and file of a number of large American corporations, I have developed an interest in the form and function of the corporation as an embedded structure in our society. Specifically, I am interested in notions of place, location, region, brand identity and the interrelation of these concepts. As a geographer, it's the interplay within and between these components and systems that fascinates me most.
